Khaberni - Syrian President Ahmed Al-Shara and his accompanying delegation arrived in Riyadh on Tuesday for a business trip to meet with Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
The Syrian President is participating in the ninth edition of the Future Investment Initiative Conference held under the slogan "Key to Prosperity" at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center.
Upon his arrival at King Khalid International Airport, President Al-Shara was received by Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region.
As part of the conference proceedings, a Syrian-Saudi roundtable meeting took place on Monday with the participation of a high-level Syrian economic delegation, including the Minister of Economy and Industry Nidal Al-Shaar, Minister of Finance Mohammad Yasser Berneieh, Minister of Energy Mohammad Al-Bashir, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdul Salam Haikal, and the Director of the Syrian Investment Authority Talal AlHilali, along with representatives from the government and private sectors of both countries, where they discussed opportunities for economic cooperation, investment, and enhancing bilateral partnerships.
