Khaberni - The head of the Union of Centrist Parties block, Deputy Captain Zuheir Mohammed Al-Khashman, stated that the Royal Throne Speech delivered by His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein at the opening of the second ordinary session of the twentieth Parliament, contained deep significances that reinforced the established constants of the Jordanian state and its approach to modernization, construction, and achievement.

He added that His Majesty, when he emphasized that "we cannot afford the luxury of time nor room for complacency," sent a clear message to all state institutions on the necessity of fieldwork and commitment to results, stressing that the Parliament, through the coalition of the Union of Centrist Parties and the National Islamic Party, will translate these directives into a responsible parliamentary performance based on productive legislation, effective supervision, and constructive accountability.
Al-Khashman explained that the coalition considers the economic modernization vision discussed by His Majesty as a national roadmap, requiring all state institutions to accelerate the implementation of major projects, attract high-quality investments, and provide job opportunities for the youth, affirming that the Parliament will be a true partner in achieving these objectives through supportive laws and stimulating the business environment.
He also expressed pride in His Majesty's steadfast position towards the Palestinian cause, his absolute rejection of all violations in the West Bank and the continued aggression on Gaza, and his affirmation that the Hashemite custodianship of the Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem remains a non-negotiable historical trust, noting that this position embodies the Jordanian Arab role in defending justice, right, and human dignity.
Al-Khashman further clarified that the Throne Speech's emphasis on developing the public sector and improving services reflects the leadership's vision in building a modern, competent administration capable of serving the citizen with justice, transparency, and speed, affirming that the Parliament will diligently and responsibly follow up on these matters.
