The ministry confirmed that the overall objectives of the project include three main goals, increasing the number of users of the "Sanad" application, increasing user satisfaction, and increasing the percentage of government services and benefits that a citizen can obtain through the application.
According to the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, the average usage of the "Sanad" application is half a million users weekly, and there are between 3-5 million digital movements, between inquiries and services, conducted monthly on the application at Sanad, in addition to activating 1.8 million digital identities to date.
The "Sanad" application is a gateway for digital government services. Through it, a citizen can create his digital identity enabling him to access his digital governmental documents, obtain government services, access his personal records, sign documents digitally, pay bills, and many other features.
