Khaberni - After months of rumors and speculation, American singer Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau have publicly announced their romantic relationship during her celebration of her forty-first birthday in the French capital, Paris.
The couple appeared publicly holding hands as they exited the Crazy Horse Paris theater, where Perry dazzled in a red dress with thin straps, while Justin Trudeau looked dapper in a gray suit and black shirt, smiling as he accompanied her to the car that drove them away.
Video clips circulated on social media showed photographers singing "Happy Birthday" to Perry, while a fan presented her with a red rose before she left with Trudeau in a luxury black car.
This appearance comes after months of news about a relationship between Katy Perry (41 years old) and Justin Trudeau (53 years old), which began when the two were seen in July last year during a stroll in Montreal, followed by dinner at a fine dining restaurant, and then Trudeau attending one of Perry's concerts during her Lifetimes Tour.
Weeks later, they were photographed spending intimate time on a yacht off the coast of Santa Barbara in California.
Sources told People magazine at the time that the relationship was still in its early stages, as Katy travels around the world to perform her concerts, while Trudeau is rearranging his life after leaving public office.
This relationship comes after both had separated from their previous partners; Katy Perry ended her long engagement to British actor Orlando Bloom in June last year after nine years together, although they continue to co-parent their five-year-old daughter Daisy Dove.
As for Trudeau, he separated from his wife Sophie Grégoire Trudeau in 2023, after an 18-year marriage that produced three children.
