Khaberni - Today, Transport Minister Dr. Nidal Al-Qatamin inspected Queen Alia International Airport, and examined the level of services provided to travelers and the mechanisms of workflow at the airport, as part of the ministry's efforts aimed at improving the quality of services in vital transport facilities in the kingdom.

During the tour, Al-Qatamin observed the traveler's experience from the moment of arrival until departure, including all service stages, to ensure the speed, efficiency, and smoothness of the procedures, guaranteeing a distinguished travel experience that reflects Jordan's positive image to its visitors and those departing.

The field tour included visits to the paths of arrivals and departures, public service facilities, inspection devices, and electronic gates, where the minister met with the staff of the security devices that undertake passport, visa, customs, security, and protection tasks, appreciating their significant efforts in organizing the movement and maintaining a high level of performance and service.

Al-Qatamin held a meeting with the management of the International Airport Group, during which he praised the strategic relationship that links the government to the group, and expressed his appreciation for their performance in managing and operating the airport according to the highest international standards, noting the importance of continuously evaluating the services provided and providing additional facilities during peak times to help reduce waiting times and speed up arrival and departure procedures, meeting the expectations of travelers and tourists.

The minister reviewed the airport's future projects during the meeting, emphasizing the importance that these projects align with the needs of all agencies operating there, considering that the group's success is closely tied to the success of these agencies in performing their tasks, which requires meeting their service and operational space needs.

Al-Qatamin directed the necessity of improving the entrances and exits of the airport and organizing the movement of travelers within it, enhancing public service facilities, with emphasis on maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of the service and sanitary facilities at the airport, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for both travelers and staff.

Dr. Al-Qatamin affirmed the Transport Ministry's constant readiness to coordinate and cooperate with the International Airport Group to support its plans aimed at continuous improvement of services and implementation of future projects to expand and attract more travelers from various countries around the world, expressing his pride in the distinguished partnership that connects the government with the International Airport Group, and that it represents a successful model of partnership between the public and private sectors, contributing to the development of air transport and enhancing Jordan's position as a regional hub for transport and tourism.
