Khaberni - The Jordanian Businessmen Association and the "Palestinian - Jordanian" Business Forum discussed enhancing economic, commercial, and investment cooperation between Jordan and Palestine.
According to a statement from the association on Sunday, the meeting explored ways to develop trade relations, encourage the establishment of joint projects, and discuss the investment opportunities available, contributing to supporting economic growth and creating new job opportunities.
The president of the association, Ayman Allawneh, emphasized the importance of developing a business environment that serves the interests of businessmen and investors from both sides, and enhances economic integration to support the state of Palestine, pointing out that the private sector stands behind His Majesty King Abdullah II in supporting the resilience of the Palestinian people.
He highlighted the importance of enhancing joint economic cooperation and opening new investment prospects in various economic sectors, confirming that the association aims for joint cooperation in all economic activities and sectors.
On his part, the head of the forum, Nazmi Atmeh, emphasized the importance of enhancing the economic partnership to support the state of Palestine and establishing mechanisms to increase the volume of trade exchange between the two countries, and expand the horizons of commercial and investment cooperation between businessmen from both sides, stressing the necessity to work towards supporting the resilience of the Palestinian people.
He praised the role of the association in supporting joint projects and facilitating the exchange of expertise and services, contributing to enhancing economic integration and creating new job opportunities, and promoting the wheel of sustainable development in the national economy.
