Princess Alia bint Al Hussein sponsors the opening of the Digital Transformation Conference ICDFB 2025 in Amman AlAhliyya

Khaberni - Her Royal Highness Princess Alia bint Al Hussein inaugurated today at Amman Al-Ahliyya University, the International Conference on Digital Transformation and Financial Technology and Business Innovation (ICDFB 2025), with the participation of a group of experts, academics, and researchers from various countries.

The conference activities were attended by the president of Amman Al-Ahliyya University, Professor Dr. Sari Hamdan, alongside the vice presidents, the president’s assistant, several faculty deans, and members of the teaching and administrative staff, as well as representatives from academic and economic institutions and pioneering companies in the fields of technology and business.

At the beginning of the conference, the Dean of the Business School, Professor Dr. Sultan Al-Masa’id, delivered a welcoming speech in which he greeted the patron of the event, Her Royal Highness Princess Alia bint Al Hussein, as well as the guests and participants from inside and outside Jordan, emphasizing that the conference serves as a leading scientific platform to discuss the latest trends in the fields of digital transformation, financial technology, and innovation in the modern business environment.

Dr. Al-Masa’id also mentioned that the holding of the conference aligns with the vision of Amman Al-Ahliyya University in enhancing an academic environment that stimulates scientific research and creativity, and supports initiatives in digital transformation and entrepreneurship, keeping pace with the rapid developments in the knowledge economy.

The conference witnessed wide participation from researchers and experts from a number of Arab and foreign countries, who presented research papers discussing the latest developments and global experiences in the fields of digital transformation, financial technology, and institutional innovation, in addition to discussing opportunities for cooperation between universities and scientific research centers.

The conference aims to exchange expertise and knowledge between academics, practitioners, and decision-makers, and to enhance the university's leading role in supporting innovation and scientific research in the region.

The conference activities and events will continue over two days, today and tomorrow.
