Khaberni - The Director of Agriculture in Irbid, Dr. Abdel Hafez Abu Arabi, announced an extension of the working hours of the Pomegranate Festival by an extra hour, to close its doors at exactly 11 PM, due to the significant attendance the festival is witnessing from citizens and visitors.
Abu Arabi said that this year the festival is achieving record sales figures surpassing previous years, with sales reaching about 200,000 dinars last Friday, reflecting the event's success in achieving its economic and marketing goals.
He pointed to the notable participation of the "disabled" at the festival, where they displayed handicrafts that impressed the visitors, praising their creative spirit and the quality of their work that reflects their high skills.
For their part, participants expressed their great satisfaction with the level of organization and public turnout, confirming that the festival provided them a real marketing opportunity to promote and sell their products, appreciating the efforts of the Irbid Directorate of Agriculture and its continuous support in resolving any notes or challenges they face during the festival days.
