Jordanian passengers complain about Taxi F and the reason The app responds to Khaberni

Khaberni - Users of the Taxi F app in Jordan complained about the mismatch between the cars they order through the Khaberni app and those that arrive to take them on their trips.
Thousands of drivers drive their personal vehicles through Khaberni Taxi F app, which has not yet been known to have obtained an official Jordanian government license or not, despite the app management thanking Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan following official decisions to regulate app operations in Jordan.
Khaberni site contacted the operations management of Taxi F app which responded with a message:
We would like to address the issue that has been reported regarding our drivers. We take these matters seriously, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

The message added: It is crucial for us to maintain a high Khaberni level of professionalism and to adhere to our conduct rules among our drivers.

The message also confirmed: Khaberni We do not tolerate any behavior that compromises the safety, comfort, or satisfaction of our customers. Khaberni We have informed the drivers of the seriousness of this matter and emphasized the importance of adhering to our standards.

The conclusion of the message stated we will continue to closely monitor the performance of the drivers. In the event of any other occurrences of this behavior, we will take Khaberni immediate and decisive action, which may include permanently banning the driver's account from our services.
