Khaberni - The town of Umm Al-Na'am, which belongs to the governorate of Al-Mafraq, witnessed a painful incident on Thursday evening, represented by a violent collision. In a horrifying accident, a car veered off its path dangerously, into a house.
This collision resulted in injuries to a man and his nine-year-old daughter, who were inside the house. The injured were immediately transported to Al-Mafraq Government Hospital for necessary medical treatment.
The hospital's director, Dr. Thamer Al-Sabe' stated that the girl arrived at the emergency department in need of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, but sadly she could not withstand her injuries and passed away later, affected by her wounds. He added that her father is still in critical condition.
On his part, a security source clarified that the incident led to the injury of two people, in addition to the vehicle hitting the house's fence and partially catching fire. The source confirmed that the driver of the vehicle has been detained, and an official investigation into the circumstances of the incident has begun.
