Khaberni - Syrian Defense Minister Marhaf Abu Qasra announced the start of dispatching Syrian officers to military colleges in both Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
Minister Abu Qasra confirmed that the initiative stems from academic and military cooperation, competency development, and the training of cadres equipped with knowledge of the latest weapon systems and modern warfare techniques.
