Khaberni - Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan has ordered all ministries, official departments, various institutions, public authorities, official universities, municipalities, joint services councils, and the Greater Amman Municipality and companies fully owned by the government, to adopt official letters, notes, and correspondences sent to the ministries and institutions via the correspondence system (1), and to provide better service facilitating for the Jordanian citizen and achieving integrated digital services.
This is in light of numerous observations about some government institutions' failure to adopt official letters and notes sent through the correspondence system, which increases the complexity and difficulty of the service provided to the citizen.
