Khaberni - A fire broke out on Wednesday evening inside one of the restaurants in the city of Irbid, resulting in the death of an elderly woman by burning inside the restaurant according to a security source.
The source stated that the civil defense teams moved immediately upon receiving the report, and managed to control the fire and prevent its spread to adjacent floors.
The source added that the body of the elderly woman was transferred to the autopsy department in the presence of forensic medicine, while the competent authorities began the investigation to determine the causes of the fire and its circumstances.
