AIsupported ABC Bank employee Fatima wins Best Virtual Assistant in the Middle East Award for 2025

Khaberni - ABC Bank, a leading international bank in the Middle East and North Africa, won the "Best AI Supported Virtual Assistant in the Middle East" award for "Fatima", the virtual employee supported by artificial intelligence and emotional intelligence, developed using digital DNA. This award was in recognition of her role as an internal assistant to the bank's employees, during the AI World Series Award ceremony 2025, where Fatima was selected among the prominent AI applications in the region.

The event was organized by the AI for Business Institute to honor leading global companies in the field of innovation. The awards saw strong competition, as more than 138 entries from 23 countries underwent meticulous review by a jury consisting of a panel of independent experts. The jury selected a group of winners who demonstrated their superiority in artificial intelligence and their ability to create added value. The winners were announced at a ceremony held in Dubai on October 19, 2025, attended by 250 experts in innovation and representatives from various sectors.

In his comment on winning the award, Dr. Youssef Al Maas, Head of Digital Transformation at ABC Bank Group, said: "We are honored to win this prestigious award for our AI supported assistant 'Fatima'.
