Khaberni - The Ministry of Education has decided to adopt the unified electronic employment contract for appointments in private educational institutions and private kindergartens, starting from the academic year 2025/2026.
The decision of the Minister of Education emphasized the necessity of implementing the unified electronic contract instead of paper contracts.
The Minister of Education stressed in his letter to the directors of private schools and kindergartens the necessity of adhering to the unified electronic contract for employees starting from the current academic year, noting that the use of paper contracts will no longer be accepted for new appointments.
