Offering a Luxury Apartment in the Heart of London for the Price of a Coffee Cup

Khaberni - A British woman named Gina launched an exceptional initiative to sell her luxury apartment, located in the Tottenham area of North London through a public draw, and she set the price of a single ticket at less than the price of a coffee cup.

Gina offered the single ticket for only 5 British Pounds, giving participants the chance to win a fully furnished apartment valued at approximately 380,000 British Pounds, along with a cash prize of 10,000 Pounds.

She announced that her goal for the draw is not just to sell the apartment, but also to support the "Tottenham Hotspur Foundation", which funds community projects in North London.

According to the draw conditions, 5% of the total proceeds will be allocated to the charity, while the rest of the funds will be distributed according to the competition mechanism announced on the "Raffall" platform.

The apartment is located about 500 meters from the Tottenham Hotspur Club stadium, within a residential project that has won architectural awards.

It includes two bedrooms and a spacious balcony with a panoramic view of the London skyline, and also features a shared garden that is suitable for children.

Gina explained that she designed parts of the decor herself, including the handmade kitchen tiles.

The prize includes covering stamp duties and the usual legal fees for buying properties in Britain, which significantly reduces financial burdens on the winner.

Gina confirmed that she decided to move in with her partner and prefers to complete the transaction directly online, rather than dealing with real estate agents.

The initiative has gained widespread popularity on social platforms, particularly after Gina posted clips on "TikTok" explaining the details of the draw, where the number of views exceeded tens of thousands, and followers described it as a "creative humanitarian idea" that gives hope to those unable to enter the high-priced British property market.

The participation in the draw is scheduled to close on January 4, 2026, provided that at least 120,000 tickets are sold in order for the apartment to be delivered to the winner, but if the minimum sales threshold is not met, the winner will be granted half of the total revenues generated in cash.

In the same context, the draw page on the "Raffall" platform clarified that the apartment is sold with a lease extending for the remaining 88 years, with monthly service fees of 289 British Pounds and annual ground fees of 150 Pounds.

The platform also advised participants to read the terms carefully before purchasing tickets and to understand the details related to ownership, leasing, and services.
