Khaberni - The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship stated that it continues to work on completing the comprehensive government service centers project to provide government services in one place for citizens.
The Ministry confirmed that there are 3 comprehensive government service centers under construction in Mafraq, Zarqa, and Rusaifa, which will be launched before the end of this year, according to Al-Ghad.
The Ministry said, "These three centers will be built and established according to the best and highest technical and service standards to meet the needs of citizens in the provinces, in the same form and standards used for the currently operating comprehensive government service centers at 9 locations in various provinces in the kingdom."
When these new centers are launched, the number of comprehensive government service centers operating in various provinces of the kingdom will increase to 12 centers, while 4 more comprehensive government service centers will be launched during the coming year, completing the government's plan to launch this type of center which has been well-received and widely popular among citizens as these centers provide a large range of government services in one place, ensuring service accessibility to citizens at their locations and providing a modern and integrated environment for easy and straightforward transactions.
Furthermore, the Ministry stated, "The total number of transactions completed through the comprehensive government service centers reached 4,117,550 transactions by the end of September last month, in addition to receiving 1,657,763 visitors".
The Ministry said, "The government currently operates 9 comprehensive government service centers, with the first service center established in the Al-Muqabaleen area offering 153 government services through 29 institutions. The King Alia International Airport service center provides 61 government services across 22 institutions, in addition to the government service center in Irbid which offers 146 services through 29 institutions".
The Ministry pointed out that the Tafilah branch offers 162 government services across 28 institutions, and the service center in Aqaba provides 173 government services through 27 institutions, along with Ma'an center which offers 150 government services within 26 institutions.
It said, "The Madaba center provides 144 government services across 26 institutions, while the Jerash center provides 143 services within 26 institutions. As for the Karak services center, it offers 145 government services belonging to 27 institutions, and work is underway to add more institutions and services to the government service centers in stages and according to priority for stakeholders".
The centers rely on a comprehensive set of tools and channels to measure citizens' satisfaction and receive their feedback, contributing to the development and improvement of the quality of the services provided, including these channels: "With Your Service" platform, the Ministry of Digital Economy's email, the national call center, social media sites, specialized tablet devices for center evaluation, quarterly surveys, and the citizen service office.
