Khaberni - "Khaberni" website learned that the Public Prosecutor of North Amman has, for the second time today, Tuesday, refused the bail request for 51 individuals who were arrested in relation to the recent mass brawl on the campus at the University of Jordan.
According to the information obtained by Khaberni, several charges have been attributed to the detainees, notably: unlawful assembly, assault on public property, causing damage to others' property, infliction of injury, and brawling.
The public prosecution has decided to detain all the accused for a week in reform and rehabilitation centers pending investigation, amid the ongoing legal proceedings in the case.
