Khaberni - The head of the "Will and the National Islamic" bloc, MP Khamis Hussein Atiyah, expressed his absolute rejection and strong condemnation of the visit made by a member of what is called the Israeli Knesset from the right-wing "Likud" party, led by war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu, to the governorate of Zarqa, specifically to the Dhulail district.
Atiyah emphasized that this visit is unacceptable in both form and substance, representing a blatant provocation of the feelings of all Jordanians, and an insult to their steadfast position against the occupation and its aggressive policies.
Atiyah stated in a press statement that both the governorate of Zarqa and the Dhulail district refuse to host any representative of the Israeli occupation, noting that the sons of the district have expressed their national stance, showing awareness and sincere loyalty to Jordan and its Hashemite leadership.
Atiyah appreciated the widespread popular condemnation that rejected this visit, considering it a reflection of the true pulse of the Jordanians who reject all forms of normalization or appeasement of the occupation.
Atiyah stressed that any reception or activity for Israeli figures on Jordanian territory is completely rejected, and is considered a violation of the national constants upon which the Jordanian stance is founded, in light of the occupation's ongoing violations against the Palestinian people and their Islamic and Christian holy sites.
Atiyah called for clear and stringent measures to prevent such visits in the future and to hold accountable any entity or party that facilitated them, affirming that the Jordanian people will remain united behind the Hashemite leadership in defending the Palestinian cause and confronting the practices of the occupation in all their forms.
Atiyah concluded by saying that Jordan will remain a land of dignity and sovereignty, with no place for representatives of the occupation nor for those who attempt to justify their presence, emphasizing that the Jordanians' rejection of these visits expresses the united national will against normalization in all its forms and colors.
