Khaberni - Jordanian artist Eyad Nassar revealed the beginning of preparations for a new drama series starring him about the events in Gaza, expected to be shown next Ramadan.
Nassar told "Alarabiya.net" and "Alhadath.net," that the drama addresses the suffering of Palestinians during the war on Gaza, which started in October 2023, confirming that work is currently underway on preparing the script and scenario.
He added that the suffering of Palestinians during the war requires several dramatic works to narrate their suffering and tragedy, pointing out that each Palestinian home alone needs a complete dramatic work that reveals details of the lives of Palestinian families amidst scenes of blood, bombing, displacement, movement, hunger, and loss of relatives.
Eyad Nassar had participated a few days ago in the wedding ceremony of the daughter of the late Egyptian officer Mohamed Mabrouk, whom Nassar had portrayed in the series "El Ekhteyar 3".
The Brotherhood assassinated the officer in 2013 after he revealed the espionage of the group’s leadership with foreign entities, which was a reason for the issuance of verdicts against the Brotherhood’s leadership.
The late officer had managed to detect espionage plans and communications conducted by the group's leaders with foreign elements outside the country, involving acts of violence, sabotage, and assassinations, among which he uncovered the major espionage case involving the late and ousted President Mohamed Morsi and leaders and members of the group.
