Khaberni - The Ministry of Social Development/Association Support Fund has called upon all creditors and debtors of the associations that have been announced for dissolution to review the committees for the dissolution and liquidation of the listed associations, in order to settle financial rights or obligations incurred.
This invitation is based on Article 11/b of the Amended Regulation for the Regulation Defining the Provisions of the Statutes of Associations No. (25) of the year 2023 and its amendments, aimed at completing the legal and administrative procedures related to the liquidation process.
