Khaberni - Today, a book that includes the memoirs of Virginia Giuffre is being distributed in libraries. She prepared these memoirs before committing suicide last April. She was a victim of the sexual trafficking network managed by American businessman Jeffrey Epstein, known for his close relations with American President Donald Trump.
The name of former Prime Minister Ehud Barak appears more than once in these memoirs.
In a review of the book titled "I Am Not Someone's Girl: Memories of Surviving Assault and the Fight for Justice," the New York Post reminded that in court documents, Giuffre referred to Barak as one of the elite men who sexually assaulted her, a claim Barak has repeatedly and consistently denied.
According to the New York Post, in her published memoirs, Giuffre said she met "the Prime Minister" for the first time in 2002 on Jeffrey Epstein’s private island located in the U.S. Virgin Islands when she was only 18 years old.
She explained that she was ordered to accompany him to a small cabin, but the man made it clear to her as soon as they were alone that he "wanted violence."
She said: "He repeatedly choked me until I lost consciousness, and he enjoyed seeing me terrified for my life." She goes on to explain more disgusting details, in addition to the physical pain he caused her, but she does not mention Barak's name in this incident, merely referring to him as the prime minister.
She says: "I did not know then that my second interaction with the prime minister was the beginning of the end for me," adding that she then stopped recruiting young girls for Epstein as he had previously forced her to do. The site also refers to Barak repeatedly denying Giuffre's allegations regarding the sexual assault, as well as denying knowledge of Epstein running a depraved sexual trafficking network, despite being Epstein’s personal friend.
