Khaberni - Tulkarm city witnessed, on Monday morning, an intensive spread of Israeli occupation vehicles and infantry, specifically around the street of Martyr Thabit Thabit Governmental Hospital.
Palestinian sources reported that the occupation forces closed the street and obstructed the movement of vehicles and Palestinians, while they raided the Al-Adawiya commercial building in the area, occupied its roof, and stopped several Palestinians, subjecting them to field interrogation, without reporting any arrests.
This escalation coincides with the ongoing Israeli aggression on the city and its two camps, Tulkarm and Nur Shams, for the 267th consecutive day, amid a tight siege, preventing their residents from entering, and shooting at anyone trying to approach.
The occupation forces also tightened their siege on the Tulkarm camp, after erecting metal gates at the entrances leading to several lanes, especially from the western side, while placing earth barriers in the eastern neighborhood of the city adjacent to the camp, after seizing a number of Palestinian homes in that area.
