Khaberni - Zain Jordan has renewed its strategic agreement with Go Petrol through its regional center for data storage, information, and disaster recovery "The Bunker", under which Zain provides shared hosting services (Colocation Service).
The agreement was signed by Zain Jordan CEO Fahd Al-Jasem and Go Petrol General Manager Engineer Khaled Al-Zoubi, at the Zain Center "The Bunker" located in King Hussein Business Park, attended by several executive managers from both sides. This agreement is part of Zain Jordan's ongoing efforts to enhance the digital transformation journey of national businesses of various sizes and industries by providing integrated and advanced solutions for digital infrastructure to improve operational efficiency and ensure business continuity under various conditions, as digital transformation is crucial to enhance competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth in line with Jordan's vision for the digital and knowledge economy transition.
Under this agreement, Zain Jordan will provide Go Petrol with dedicated spaces within shared rooms at its regional center (The Bunker), for hosting Go Petrol’s data center servers (Colocation) to store data, ensure its preservation, and guarantee work continuity in emergencies. This cooperation will allow Go Petrol to benefit from an already established and advanced infrastructure based on cloud computing, supported by reliable and stable data and internet links, ensuring seamless and continuous operation of its technical systems, as well as offering around-the-clock monitoring and technical support services 24 hours a day, including periodic maintenance and rapid response to emergencies, to ensure the highest levels of operational performance and efficiency.
It should be noted that Zain's regional data storage, information, and disaster recovery center (The Bunker) recently won the Technology Excellence Award in the Middle East for 2025 awarded by Asian Business Review, and also received the Tier III Gold of Operational Sustainability certificate from the American Uptime Institute, which specializes in rating and evaluating the performance, resilience, efficiency, and sustainability of global data centers, making it the first center in the region to offer data storage, disaster recovery, and cloud services for governmental bodies and local and regional companies in multiple sectors, notably the financial, health, education, and insurance sectors, relying on advanced infrastructure and optical fiber technology that ensures business continuity at a rate of 99.982%, with the presence of shared and private hosting rooms and emergency offices enabling companies to manage their devices and maintain business continuity in emergencies.
