Science and Technology among the Arab Elite in QS Ranking 2026

Khaberni - In addition to its distinguished record of academic and research achievements, the Jordan University of Science and Technology ranked sixteenth in the Arab region in the QS Arab Region University Rankings 2026, where the university advanced in academic reputation and employer reputation.

This achievement reflects the university's continued commitment to cementing its esteemed position on the map of Arab higher education, thanks to its ongoing efforts in developing and innovating academic programs, enhancing scientific research, and expanding international partnerships, alongside investing in innovation and modern technology to meet the requirements of both regional and global job markets.

The President of the university, Professor Dr. Khaled Al-Salem, confirmed that this consistent presence in Arab and global trusted rankings is the fruit of the efforts of the university’s faculty, administration, and students. He pointed out that the university continually strives to achieve academic and research excellence and enhance its competitiveness globally, which contributes to supporting the progress of higher education in Jordan and the region.

It is noteworthy that the QS Arab rankings are based on a set of indicators, including academic reputation, employer reputation, quality of scientific research, faculty-to-student ratio, and international diversity, which embody the university's vision to achieve sustainable excellence and leadership in education, research, and innovation.
