Khaberni - In confirmation of its commitment to supporting humanitarian and social events and initiatives, and its insistence on enhancing the values of solidarity and giving in society; Zain Jordan has renewed its sponsorship for the 61st annual International Diplomatic Cable Charity Bazaar, which was opened under the sponsorship of Princess Basma bint Talal at the Al Hussein Youth City, with the participation of more than 40 embassies and diplomatic agencies that presented their national products, a collection of handicrafts, and traditional foods.
Zain’s sponsorship of this humanitarian event is part of its extended strategic partnership with the Umm Al-Hussein orphanage and supports its charitable efforts by allocating all the bazaar's revenues to support the benefiting children of the orphanage, aiming to empower them and provide a safe environment that ensures them a decent life and better educational opportunities.
Through its sponsorship of the bazaar, Zain renews its commitment to supporting the less fortunate segments of society, and its eagerness to support national institutions that care for orphans and children, in line with its strategy for corporate social responsibility focusing on empowering children and youth and enhancing the principles of social solidarity.
The Diplomatic Cable Charity Bazaar embodies the meanings of cooperation and human solidarity and serves as an annual cultural and humanitarian gathering that brings together peoples and nations, attracting thousands of visitors each year to enjoy a culturally and heritably rich experience, in an event that highlights the values of goodness and giving deep-rooted in the Jordanian society.
