Khaberni - The University of Jordan reported that preliminary investigations regarding recent events have led to the referral of a number of students after their involvement in actions that disrupted public order and hindered the educational process to the disciplinary council, which will commence its proceedings tomorrow morning, Sunday, to take appropriate disciplinary actions against everyone proven to be involved in these incidents.
The University clarified that the investigation is still ongoing, which includes reviewing evidence, hearing witness testimonies, and examining surveillance camera recordings to verify the involvement of other individuals, in preparation for imposing appropriate disciplinary sanctions on them.
The University of Jordan emphasized that it will not show leniency towards anyone proven to be involved in these events, and that it will impose the severest penalties on anyone who dares to disrupt public order or compromise the security and safety of the university community.
