Khaberni - A simple disagreement over a wrong food order in a fast food restaurant in Texas turned into a violent mass brawl, dominated by chaos and screaming, after the discussion between the customers took a dangerous turn.
According to "New York Post", the scene was captured on phone cameras and spread like wildfire on various social media platforms amidst public rejection and disdain.
7 people arrested
The incident occurred after midnight at a "Whataburger" branch in San Antonio and ended with the arrest of seven people aged between 21 and 57 years, after a verbal argument turned into a violent group fight.
San Antonio police said that their officers intervened to break up the clash after receiving reports from the restaurant's patrons, while local reports indicated that a teenager suffered serious injuries during the fight, and the accused were taken to Bexar County jail on charges of assault causing bodily injuries, before being released the next day.
The workers sparked the brawl
Rebecca Noel, a witness to the incident and the mother of one of the involved, mentioned in a post on "Facebook" that the mistake began when a part of an order meant for another table was given to her son and his friends.
Rebecca added that the staff did not admit the mistake but informed other customers that "the next table took your food", which led to an immediate confrontation between the two groups that quickly escalated into physical violence.
