Khaberni - In an exciting technological step, the Japanese company Science Co, specializing in bathroom fixtures, unveiled the "Future Human Washer" device during the Osaka 2025 exhibition, which is a completely automated bathing system promising to transform the traditional bathing experience into a luxurious spa-like ritual.

The device comes in the form of a large, stylish bathtub with a roof that closes over the user to create a private and immersive environment. Upon entering, the individual lies down in the comfortable, curved-design tub, while the integrated digital display shows calming natural scenes such as ocean waves and sunsets along with soothing beach sounds, starting a full relaxation journey before the actual washing begins.

The washing process is fully automated; the tub fills with warm water and soap up to chest level, and washes the user without any movement from them. The experience takes only a few minutes, leaving users refreshed and enjoying an experience that combines utmost comfort and the efficiency of modern technology.

The device features precise sensors to continuously monitor water levels, temperature, and flow rate, ensuring optimal comfort during the bath. The system maintains a constant soaking temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit, ideal for relaxation, before gently lowering it during the rinse cycle for a refreshing feel, according to energy-reporters.

It's not just about comfort; the device is designed with environmental sustainability in mind; it recycles and purifies water during the washing process to reduce consumption. In addition, the built-in speakers and natural scenes add an interactive dimension that makes the user feel as if they are in a spa resort, thereby enhancing one of the deepest elements of Japanese bathing culture.

The concept of the human washing device goes back to the 1970 Japan World Exposition, when Sanyo Electric introduced the first version, which used hot water, bubbles, and plastic massage balls to provide a comfortable cleaning experience, but the idea did not reach commercial production at that time. Yasauki Oyama, the head of Science Co, was inspired by this experience and reimagined it into an advanced version based on modern automation.

The "Future Human Washer" is targeted at all users who desire a more comfortable and efficient bathing experience, not just technology enthusiasts. The company indicates that future versions might include customization based on artificial intelligence to adjust temperature, scents, and sounds according to each user's preferences, making the experience entirely personal.

With the high interest in the device during the exhibition, and with the company's plans to launch a version available to the public soon, it seems that Japan is setting a new standard in personal hygiene, combining innovation, comfort, and sustainability in a step that could change the concept of home bathing in the near future.
