Khaberni - Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan hosted Professor Dr. Przemysław Bieliński and Dr. Yolanta Bielińska from Kalisz University, Poland, as part of the academic exchange program under the "Erasmus Plus" (Erasmus+) agreement funded by the European Union.
The visit was organized by the International Relations Office at the university, represented by its director Dr. Ahmed Al-Abboushi, and coordinated with the College of Nursing represented by its dean Dr. Hassan Abu Al-Raz.
During the visit, the guests met with the Head of the Nursing Department and several faculty members, and delivered a series of specialized academic lectures to the college students over two consecutive days, covering recent topics in the field of nursing and healthcare. The visiting delegation also toured the university's various colleges and facilities, expressing their admiration for the university's advanced academic level and modern equipment.
It should be noted that Kalisz University in Poland is currently hosting three students from the Business College and the College of Physiotherapy at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, for an entire semester within the same program.
It is noteworthy that the "Erasmus Plus" program is considered one of the most important programs of the European Union aimed at enhancing academic cooperation between European universities and their counterparts in partner countries, through academic and student exchange projects that contribute to the enhancement of the quality of higher education and the expansion of cultural exchange and international experiences.
