Khaberni - The Ministry of Education confirmed that the decision to modify the working hours of public schools does not include private schools in the Kingdom.
The ministry explained that each private school has its own privacy, and is not required to adjust its hours due to its different internal organization and school transport schedules.
The ministry had circulated to its directorates the new working hours for public schools, which will be effective from the morning of Sunday, November 2, 2025, until the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan.
According to the circular, the morning assembly begins at 8:15 AM, while the first period begins at 8:30 AM, with each period lasting 45 minutes.
