Khaberni - A responsible source in the Ministry of Water and Irrigation denied the news being circulated on some platforms and social media about the ministry purchasing 20 new luxury "Land Cruiser" cars, model 2025.
The source confirmed in a press statement that this news is completely untrue, indicating that the Ministry of Water and Irrigation has been targeted for some time by a dubious campaign from some of these platforms which are entirely baseless.
The source emphasized the need to gather information and news from its official, reliable sources, assuring that the ministry and its teams do not pay attention to attempts to mislead the public and spread such misleading rumors, and will continue its efforts in developing and implementing its projects regardless of incorrect and irresponsible promotion, calling everyone to obtain information from its source to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Deputy Basem Al-Rawabdeh posed a parliamentary question to Minister of Water and Irrigation Engineer Raed Abu Al-Saud through the Speaker of the House of Representatives, regarding the ministry's purchase of 20 Land Cruisers model 2025.
Al-Rawabdeh inquired about the total financial cost of these vehicles, and whether the necessary financial allocations for them were included in the ministry’s budget for the year 2025.
