According to "O Globo" in Brazil, Vinicius had organized a huge party in Rio de Janeiro to celebrate his birthday, and one of the neighbors of the venue where the Brazilian winger celebrated filed a legal lawsuit against him.
The party was held at a luxury property designed for organizing large events, such as weddings or corporate occasions, between July 19 and the morning of July 21, causing a lot of noise.
The complainant mentioned that he contacted the police who noticed the loud music and shouting, and asked the attendees to lower the noise level, which Vinicius and his guests complied with the officers' orders, but when the police left, the noise level went up again.
"O Globo" pointed out that the case was taken to court in Rio de Janeiro, and the preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 6.
Under Brazilian law, a person causing disturbance to others is punished with imprisonment ranging from 15 days to 3 months, or by paying a monetary fine.
Brazilian reports indicated that the party organized by Vinicius to celebrate his 25th birthday included musical concerts, including a performance by rapper Travis Scott, fireworks acts, and gathered around 500 guests, including his French teammate Eduardo Camavinga, a midfielder at Real Madrid, and many celebrities.
