Khaberni - Ramtha Union and Duqra teams led the competitions of the fifth week of the First Division Football League, which concluded today.
Ramtha Union tied with Ma'an with no goals, while Al Arabi won against Yarmouk 1-0, Duqra defeated Shabab Al Aqaba 3-1, Jerash overcame Sama 2-1, and Amman FC beat Maghayir Al Sarhan 8-0.
Meanwhile, Tura defeated Al Sarih 2-1, and Kufrsoum tied with Al Hashimiya 4-4.
With these results, Ramtha Union and Duqra share the top of the standings with 13 points each, followed by Jerash, Al Hashimiya, Ma'an, and Al Arabi with 10 points each; then Tura with 7, and Amman FC with 6; Kufrsoum and Sama with 5, Al Sarih and Yarmouk with 4, and Shabab Al Aqaba with one point, while Maghayir Al Sarhan remains without points.
According to the championship system, the competitions are held in a split-league format of a single phase, where the first two teams qualify for the Professionals League next season, while the last four teams are relegated to the Second Division clubs.
