Jordan occupied the 56th position globally in the Global Fraud Index for the year 2025, as revealed by a report issued by the British platform "SumSub," specializing in identity verification and fraud prevention through artificial intelligence.
According to the index monitored by the site Khaberni, the report included 112 countries, relying on four main axes to assess the countries' performance in this field: fraud activity, ease of access to resources, government intervention, and economic health, all with the aim of measuring the countries' readiness to face challenges associated with financial and digital fraud.
According to the general classification, Jordan falls within what is known as the "grey zone," meaning, as Khaberni reports, a group of countries that remain more susceptible to fraud risks.
