Khaberni - The Director of Public Security, Major General Dr. Obaid Allah Al-Maaytah, met in his office today, Wednesday, with the French Ambassador to the Kingdom, Franck Gellet, where they discussed ways to enhance police and security cooperation between Jordan and France, and to develop partnership prospects in the areas of training, capacity building, and exchange of expertise.
During the meeting, Major General Al-Maaytah emphasized the Public Security Directorate's commitment to consolidating cooperation and coordination with the police and security agencies in the French Republic, noting that this cooperation is an extension of the strategic and historical relations that link the two friendly countries in various fields.
For his part, the French Ambassador Franck Gellet praised the advanced level achieved by the Public Security Directorate, its high professionalism and distinctive capabilities in various fields of police work, affirming his country's dedication to continuing close cooperation with the Public Security Directorate, contributing to the enhancement of security and peace in the two friendly countries.
