Khaberni - Palestinian resistance factions emphasized today, Wednesday, that what they called the security campaign in Gaza Strip enjoys national consensus to restore security and "pursue mercenaries and enemy agents", according to their description.

In a statement, they praised the security campaign being conducted by the Ministry of Interior and National Security in Gaza to enforce the law and pursue those who are outside of it including collaborators, mercenaries, thieves, highwaymen, and collaborators with Israel.

They confirmed that the campaign enjoys full support and national Palestinian consensus from all Palestinian factions, and backing from the resistance's security to restore security and stability.

They called upon all citizens to cooperate with the security apparatus and the Ministry of Interior, and to report the wanted and all those who harbor or support them.

The statement said that "concealing fugitives and criminals is participation in the crimes committed by these criminals". The statement also mentioned that "anyone proven to be involved in any criminal activity will be held accountable under Palestinian revolutionary law".

Yesterday, Tuesday, the Palestinian Tribes and Clans assembly in Gaza Strip announced its outright rejection of the lawlessness and gangster behavior committed by what they described as "rogue groups", exploiting the security vacuum caused by the war, which led to worsening the suffering of citizens and threatening their security and civil peace.

The assembly confirmed the removal of tribal and familial protection from anyone proven to be involved in any offenses threatening Palestinian community security, urging all tribes to fully comply with this decision and to hand over the perpetrators and offenders to the competent authorities.

In a related context, Ismail Thouabta, director of the Government Media Office in Gaza, stated in press statements that work on restoring security and order had begun immediately upon the declaration of ceasefire, pointing to a comprehensive plan to impose control and enforce the law throughout the sector, along with the deployment of security and police forces and civil defense to restore stability.

On Sunday, security sources told Al Jazeera that security forces had completely controlled an armed militia in Gaza City, and commenced a comprehensive sweep in the area, confirming the killing of several suspects in executing displaced individuals and collaborating with the occupation during clashes.
