It stated that the arrival of these messages to the citizen's phone indicates the existence of a judicial order that must be executed against him or his vehicle.
It clarified that swift action avoids legal consequences, emphasizing that immediate and legal response is the key to resolving the matter, and urged not to wait.
What should you do immediately?
The Judicial Enforcement Administration urged those who receive these messages to follow the following steps:
1. For immediate verification via phone (call center):
• Call the toll-free number: 117111.
• Follow the voice instructions and enter your national or personal number for direct inquiry about the status of orders against you.
2. For verification via text message (SMS):
• Send a message to the number 94444.
• For personal inquiry: type (ق) + space + your national number + space + your full name (or as per instructions).
• For vehicle inquiry: type (ق) + space + the vehicle number + space + the owner's name (or as per instructions).
3. The decisive step (after confirmation):
If a request is confirmed, you must immediately go to the competent Judicial Enforcement Department to learn the details of the case and the required amount, to avoid any summons or seizure that may arise from this.
