Khaberni - Middle East University announced the adoption of its strategic vision and mission, in addition to its new purposes and objectives, in a step described as a pioneering launch towards the year 2030, reflecting the university's orientation towards enhancing institutional and academic excellence and expanding its community impact locally and regionally, as part of its new plan for the years 2025–2030.
This step comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to modernize its educational and administrative systems to align with national and international changes and the renewed requirements of the job market.
The university’s strategic vision came as follows: "A leading and influential university, locally and regionally," while its mission is "to prepare graduates who meet the local and international job market requirements, enhance impactful applied scientific research, serve the community, and develop international academic partnerships."
The university also adopted the following strategic purposes: sustainable human capital, advanced teaching and learning processes, a pioneering learning environment, digital transformation, impactful applied scientific research, community service and sustainable development, the university's identity, image, and reputation, and sustainable financial efficiency.
In this regard, the university's president, Prof. Dr. Salam Al-Mahadin, said that through its new vision, Middle East University is working to consolidate its position as a leading scientific center contributing to propelling the nation towards broader horizons of development and prosperity, emphasizing that the coming period will witness qualitative transformations in education, scientific research, and community service, which will enhance the university's leading position and contribute to preparing cadres capable of shaping the future.
