Khaberni - Sources in Gaza Strip hospitals reported the martyrdom of 7 Palestinians by Israeli occupation army fire since Tuesday morning, including 5 in the eastern part of Gaza City, while the government media office counted 14 breaches by the occupation of the ceasefire agreement.

Al-Mamdani Hospital announced the martyrdom of 5 Palestinians by occupation fire as they returned to check their homes in the neighborhoods of Shuja'iyya and Tuffah in the eastern part of Gaza City this morning.

The sources also reported injuries to Palestinians by Israeli occupation army fire in the Halawa area northeast of the city.

In Khan Yunis in the southern part of the strip, the Nasser Medical Complex announced the martyrdom of a Palestinian by Israeli drone fire in the Ma’an area east of the city, and a second Palestinian was martyred by Israeli drone fire in the town of Fakhari east of the city.

On the other hand, the occupation army claimed that its forces fired to remove what it called a threat after spotting suspects attempting to bypass the yellow line in the Gaza Strip. The army added that the suspects sought to approach its forces despite the soldiers firing warning shots towards them.

Israeli violations
Relatedly, Ismail Al-Thawabta, the director of the government media office in Gaza, confirmed that they documented "more than 14 Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement".

Al-Thawabta, in press statements, indicated that these violations were escalated "to reach the mediators in order to stop these practices and preserve the ceasefire".

In the same context, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor stated that "Israel's control over the amount of aid and its failure to comply with the ceasefire agreement means its continuation in committing the crime of genocide".

The center, in a statement, mentioned that the occupation allowed "only 173 aid trucks over two days following the ceasefire last Friday", while it "did not allow the entry of any trucks yesterday Monday on the pretext of releasing Palestinian detainees and did not allow their entry today due to the Jewish holidays".

It demanded international guarantees "to prevent the re-imposition of the blockade or hindrance of aid under any pretext", pointing out that leniency or disregard for the Israeli violations would mean accepting "the reproduction of the same conditions that allowed the occurrence of genocide".
