Khaberni - Dr. Ahmed Al-Gharaibeh, Director General of the Vocational Training Corporation, said that the number of vocational training students has reached more than 14,000 students during the first phase of the Modernization Vision 2022 – 2025 at 33 institutes, and the employment rate for graduates reached 62%
Al-Gharaibeh added during the Government Communication Forum that the number of vocational training programs reached 138, including 35 new programs and 90 developed programs, and the current number of trainers is 533.
Al-Gharaibeh confirmed that the interest in vocational training programs reached nearly 52,000 youths until the beginning of this month, and 24,653 students were accepted into the training programs according to the announced conditions.
He mentioned that as part of the corporation’s strategy, we aim in 2026 to increase the percentages and numbers related to training outputs that align with market needs, to develop the infrastructure of the institutes, to establish centers of excellence, to rehabilitate and enhance the efficiency of trainers, and to transform digitally by integrating technology into training.
