The first Circassian career day concluded on Saturday 11-10-2025 at Umm Al-Jamieat, held at the premises of the Circassian Charity Association - Center, sponsored by the Jordanian Circassian Tribal Council, with the participation of 48 companies and institutions from various economic sectors, and attended by over 500 job seekers and community members.
The organization of this career day aimed to empower Jordanian youth and enhance employment opportunities by creating a direct platform that connects companies seeking talent with job seekers in various fields, including the private and public sectors, telecommunications, education, services, industry, and information technology.
The event witnessed remarkable interaction from visitors and participants who expressed their appreciation for such initiatives that embody the spirit of cooperation and social responsibility, contributing to the support of the national employment journey and empowering youth capacities.
In his speech during the event, His Excellency Pasha Khairuddin Hakuz, President of the Jordanian Circassian Tribal Council, praised the level of organization and wide participation in the career day, appreciating the efforts of the organizing committee in making this event a success, and their collective work in providing an ideal environment for networking between job seekers and company representatives, expressing his appreciation for the participating companies and institutions for their cooperation and support for this initiative that embodies the spirit of social responsibility, and praising the role of the Circassian Charity Association in hosting and organizing the event within its premises, which reflects its ongoing commitment to serving community members and enhancing development and employment initiatives.
For his part, Mr. Raad Hakuz, member of the organizing committee and the administrative body at the Circassian Charity Association, confirmed that the organization of this career day aligns with the association's mission to support youth and enable them to open new horizons towards the job market, noting that the association, which was established in 1932 as the first charity association in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, has always been a model of giving and serving the community through its educational, social, and developmental initiatives, and he expressed pride in the great success of the event, and the sincere efforts made by the work team and volunteers to ensure the success of this event that reflects the spirit of belonging and rooted social responsibility of the Circassian tribe members.
On her part, Ms. Sinamis Bayouk, a member of the organizing committee for the Circassian career day, pointed out that the event witnessed a rich diversity in attendance and experiences, bringing together business leaders, university students, recent graduates, and individuals with significant experience, which contributed to creating a unique interactive environment for exchanging knowledge and opportunities. She added that the participation of well-known major companies on national and regional levels reflected the trust that such community initiatives enjoy, affirming that this success underscores the importance of continuing to organize such events that open new horizons for youth and directly connect them to the job market.
This event confirms the leading role played by the Circassian Charity Association in supporting youth and enabling them to find genuine job opportunities, alongside its constant effort to preserve and enhance the authentic Circassian heritage as part of the national Jordanian identity, through its social and cultural initiatives that blend authenticity and action to serve the community.
