Khaberni - The Baptist Hospital in Gaza announced on Tuesday, the martyrdom of five Palestinians fired upon by Israeli occupation forces in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood east of Gaza City, despite the ceasefire agreement entering its fifth day.
Medical sources reported that drones belonging to the occupation fired on a number of citizens while they were inspecting their destroyed homes in the neighborhood, resulting in the martyrdom of three on the spot, before the toll later rose to five martyrs.
According to the Ministry of Health in Gaza, the toll of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the sector since October 7, 2023, has risen to 67,869 martyrs and 170,105 injured, while still more victims are under the rubble and on the streets, amid difficulties faced by ambulance and civil defense crews in reaching them.
