Khaberni - Preliminary data released by the central bank shows an increase in Jordanian tourism income in September 2025 by 1.4%, reaching $622.4 million, compared with a decrease of 8.3% to $614.0 million during the same month last year.

In light of this, the tourism income rose by 6.8% during the first nine months of 2025, reaching $5,952.7 million, in comparison to a decline of 4.3% to $5,571.8 million during the corresponding period of the previous year, due to a 14.5% increase in the number of tourists.

The data shows a rise in tourism income during the first nine months of 2025 from Asian nationalities by 36.2%, European (29.6%), American (16.9%), Arab (4.1%), and other nationalities (33.1%), while showing a decrease in tourism income from expatriate Jordanians by 0.6%.
