Jordan occupied the second position globally in the Anger Index for 2024 issued by the Gallup Institute, with nearly half of the adults having feelings of anger.
According to the report, which was observed by Khaberni, Jordan ranked second worldwide, where the results showed that 46% of adults have feelings of anger.
The Ghanaian people ranked above the Jordanians, while the people of Armenia, Northern Cyprus, Iraq, Sierra Leone, Guyana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Palestine, Iran, and Morocco ranked from 3-10 globally.
The report noted that the list detailing the levels of distress among people, measuring negative feelings and tough experiences, includes countries affected by conflicts, or witnessing recent conflicts or wars, or a state of ongoing political and economic instability.
