Khaberni - The Kuwaiti Court of Cassation, presided over by advisor Sultan Boursli, sentenced an "activist" to 4 years imprisonment with labor and fined him 10,000 dinars for a "state security" case.
The Public Prosecution attributed to the accused that he publicly undermined the rights and authorities of the country's Emir, and violated the national unity law through his account on the "X" platform.
The court also acquitted him of offending a Gulf state through the same platform.
