Saudi Drama Readies for Launch of Bnat AlBomb the Female Version of Shabab AlBomb

Khaberni - A state of anticipation is witnessed by Saudi drama as the airing of the series "Bnat Al-Bomb" approaches, scheduled for October 15, a female version embodying the spirit of "Shabab Al-Bomb".

There was a wave of excitement in the Saudi artistic community following the announcement of the upcoming airing of the new series "Bnat Al-Bomb", which serves as the female version of the famous mass audience work "Shabab Al-Bomb". The series comes in a dramatic framework that carries the same authenticity that characterized the original work, while presenting a contemporary female perspective that reflects the experiences and daily problems of girls.

The challenge of comparison with a mass audience work
Despite the significant popularity achieved by the series "Shabab Al-Bomb" over 13 seasons, the creators of "Bnat Al-Bomb" are confident about their new project, not fearing the comparisons with the work that left its mark on Saudi drama. The production team expressed their optimism on social media about delivering an experience with the same youthful spirit, but from a different perspective.

The series includes a group of young Saudi actresses, including Hilda Yasin, Mariam Abdulrahman, Rawan Al Khalid, Najoud Ahmad, Anoud Abdul Hakim, and Shurooq Salem, along with a number of new faces. The work is co-written by Abdullah Al Walidi, Mariam Abdulrahman, and Abdullah Al Issa, reflecting a diversity of visions aiming to present the reality of girls in a balanced style that combines drama and comedy.

A dramatic vision with a feminine flavor
"Bnat Al-Bomb" maintains the atmosphere that "Shabab Al-Bomb" was known for, but this time it is presented from the girls’ perspective, highlighting the details of their daily lives and the challenges of adolescence and social relationships, in a framework that combines humor and suspense. The work also addresses contemporary issues affecting the Saudi society in a straightforward and simple manner.

Fast pace and realistic situations
Through the promotional excerpts released on digital platforms, it appears that the series is distinguished by a rapid pace and a variety of situations, relying on social comedic paradoxes inspired by the real-life experiences of girls in the local community, which gives it a relatable character to the audience.

"Bnat Al-Bomb" is scheduled to air starting from October 15 on the STC TV platform, produced by Rotana Khaleejiya, which aims through it to continue the success path of Saudi youth drama with a new vision representing the current generation and expressing their aspirations and daily challenges.
