Khaberni - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, on Sunday, said that Israel is ready to receive all detainees in Gaza, "Israel is ready and prepared to receive all our prisoners immediately."
Israeli media reported that Netanyahu spoke with the Coordinator of Prisoners and Missing Affairs, Reserve Brigadier General Gal Hirsch.
A leader in Hamas stated on Saturday that the release of 48 detainees, both alive and deceased, mostly Israelis, in Gaza will begin on Monday morning.
Osama Hamdan said in an interview that "according to the agreement signed: the exchange of prisoners will begin Monday morning as agreed,"
He added that the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades fighters have not informed the leadership of the movement of any procedural arrangements for the delivery of the detainees "including the matter of determining the location".
Following the return of the detainees from Gaza, Israel will commence the release of about two thousand Palestinian prisoners from its prisons, according to the terms of the first phase of the ceasefire agreement signed by both parties with American mediation.
An international summit titled "Sharm el-Sheikh Peace Summit" is held in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt on Monday, co-chaired by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and U.S. President Donald Trump, with the participation of leaders from more than twenty countries.
The summit aims to discuss ways to end the war in the Gaza Strip, and to enhance efforts to achieve peace and stability in the Middle East, alongside discussing post-war arrangements and opening new avenues for regional cooperation.
The summit is part of the initiative led by U.S. President Donald Trump to achieve peace in the region, as part of ongoing international efforts to end conflicts and enhance security and stability in the Middle East.
