Khaberni - Hamas leader Osama Hamdan said it is expected that five entry points for relief will be opened under the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
Hamdan added that the Rafah crossing between the Gaza Strip and Egypt will be reopened "to individuals in both directions next Wednesday."
Italy announced that the Rafah crossing will be reopened on Tuesday, under the supervision of the European Union Border Assistance Mission, with the participation of police elements from Italy, Spain, and France.
An international summit titled "Sharm el-Sheikh Summit for Peace" is to be held in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, on Monday, co-chaired by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi and US President Donald Trump, with the participation of leaders from more than twenty countries.
The summit aims to explore ways to end the war in the Gaza Strip, enhance efforts to establish peace and stability in the Middle East, in addition to discussing post-war arrangements and opening new avenues for regional cooperation.
The summit is part of the initiative led by US President Donald Trump to achieve peace in the region, amid ongoing international efforts to end conflicts and promote security and stability in the Middle East.
