Khaberni - The American President Donald Trump’s doctor said, in an official memo issued by the White House, that the President is in exceptional health, clarifying that his heart age is about 14 years younger than his chronological age, following a new medical examination conducted last Friday at a military hospital near Washington.

According to the memo, Trump showed strong performance in tests on the heart, blood vessels, lungs, nerves, and physical fitness. He also received preventative vaccinations against influenza and COVID-19 in preparation for an upcoming foreign tour including the Middle East after his mediation in the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.

Trump is 79 years old and is the second oldest serving American president, having maintained a fast-paced and active schedule since taking office despite his continued preference for red meat. He assured reporters ahead of the exam that he feels very good physically and mentally, noting that his visits to the doctor are semi-annual and routine.

This visit comes about six months after Trump's last comprehensive exam, at a time when public interest in the president's health has been renewed following the withdrawal of former President Joe Biden from the 2024 election race after similar questions about his physical and mental fitness.

The White House had previously revealed in past medical reports that Trump suffers from slightly elevated cholesterol and chronic venous insufficiency in his legs, which was described as a benign and common condition, in addition to minor bruises on his right hand resulting from using aspirin and frequent handshakes.

His treating physician, Sean Barbabella, confirmed that the latest tests showed no concerning health risks, emphasizing that the president is in excellent condition that qualifies him to continue his intense activity.
